    • To receive a progress report on recent developments concerning the future of the Clubhouse and report on its operations.

    • To receive any update on S106 contributions.
    • To note the clerk’s formal letter of resignation. To receive an update re applications for the vacancy and to confirm an appointment if possible.
    • To approve funding of the Blewbury Christmas Tree via the budget.
    • To approve payments to be made under ancillary powers and within budgeted amounts.
