Minutes of the Blewbury Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 14th August 2019 at 6.30pm in the Benefice Centre.

BPC approved all payments above, signing off corresponding invoices and cheques.

In addition, BPC agreed to approve the following payments:-

i.  PWLB – it was acknowledged that a payment of £3535 was made by direct debit on 3.7.19

ii. A payment request from HMRC for PAYE in the amount of £299.71

iii. A payment to BVHEMC for the 2nd quarterly payment of the PO grant in the amount of £300

  1. Purchase of new battery for defib unit

Battery expires 8.9.19. Cost of replacement battery £74 + VAT

BPC agreed the purchase of the replacement battery. EC to                     action. JG confirmed that B Gibson would fit the new battery.

  1. AOB

The council concluded that further consideration should be given to the change of banks in view of online banking administration and signatory considerations.
