held in the Benefice Office meeting room on
Wednesday 7th August 2018 at 7.00pm.

Councillors present: Mr C Lakeland (CL), Mrs J Gibson (JG), Mr M Penington (MP), Mrs Charlotte Cameron (CC), Mrs L Inglis (LI), Also present: Miss Michelle Taylor (clerk).

 

Matters resolved:

1.      All payments were approved.

 

  1. To receive apologies for absence. Cllr Shayler, Cllr Blyth, Cllr Jacobs and Cllr Lomas.
  2. To record declarations of interests relating to this meeting. No declarations were made.
  3. Planning & licensing
    • To receive a planning report. See Planning Report-Annex A.
    • To approve responses to current applications.

Exceptionally to deal with business received too late for inclusion in agenda. Speeding in the village is being raised constantly as a matter of concern to residents.  Councillor Gibson volunteered to approach our County Councillor to see if it would be possible to set up a meeting with officers from Highways, and maybe the local PCSO, so that the issues raised by Councillors and residents can be addressed directly.
