Apart from a few minor changes the scene has remained essentially unchanged since the turn of the century. Beams have been exposed, shutters removed and small modifications made to doors and windows. Photograph 77 was taken in 1979 - Nottingham Fee Cottage was burnt down in 2001 and replaced by a fairly similar modern building.
