55. Blewbury School 1909. Thanks to the long memories of Mr. Dick Prior and Mrs. Rose Smith, who appear in the photograph, is has been possible to name all but one of the pupils.

Tom Smith was schoolmaster and volunteer organist for many years. There is a plaque to his memory in the church. Rose Upstone later became his daughter-in-law.
