Minutes of the extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council held on Wednesday 4th September 2024 at 6.30pm in the Melland Room at the Blewbury Clubhouse.

In attendance:- Chairman D Mathias, Councillors L Robinson, A Calder, J Saunders, A Millman, M Shayler,
& Clerk E Cooper

1. To receive apologies for absence

2. To record any declarations of interests relating to this meeting

None.

3. To discuss & agree a response to the Vale of White Horse District Council on the following:-

3.1 P24/V1493/DA-BLE & P24/V1494/DA-BLE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 APPEAL UNDER SECTION 174

Site Address : land to the north west of car park of the Red Lion Public House, Chapel Lane Blewbury OX11 9PQ

Alleged breach: Without planning permission, the installation of six screw pile foundations into the ground for the purpose of an OOD House to sit on (sited in the indicative location as shown edged blue on the Plan); the installation of foul drainage and water utilities on the Land as required for the OOD House.

Deadline for comments 10th September 2024.

The Council considered the information provided, & due to a hearing on the above scheduled for 29th October 2024, agree that its only response would be that it is not appropriate to comment at     this stage.
